Salary : 30,000 to 60000

DBS Mintek Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and manage financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial finalization processes.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations independently
• Maintain accurate books using Tally
• Handle bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
• Prepare and finalize Trial Balance, P&L, and Balance Sheet
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
• Ensure GST & TDS compliance, filings, and reconciliations
• Handle PF and other statutory filings
• Coordinate internal and statutory audits
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis using Advanced Excel
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and internal teams.

🔹 Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with Tally and accounting software
• Expertise in GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance preparation
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws and accounting standards
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
📜 Certification: CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
💼 Experience: 4–8 years (independent handling of accounts preferred)
🗣 Languages: Hindi, Marathi, English
🎯 Age Range: 18–34 years.
