Company Overview:

An integrated poultry company engaged in breeding, hatching, contract farming, retail, and feed manufacturing, established in 1987.

Job Title: Accounts Manager

Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/ICWA/CA

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Monitoring, preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation, party reconciliation and consolidated reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

2. Preparing the MIS reports, cash & fund flow statement, balance sheet, audit reports, sales invoices, debtors’ reconciliation and other financial reports to keep a track of financial performance.

3. Computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.

4. Monitoring cash flows and ensuring that funds are arranged in cost effective manner after projecting accurate cash forecast ensuring that there is no shortage of cash in hand.

5. Handling reconciling of Corporate Accounts Receivable Trial Balances with General Ledger Control Account.

6. Monitoring and maintaining of all advance deposits received and balancing them to the general ledger at month end.

7. Reconciling payments, Supplier Payments, Statutory Payments, and Payroll related Payments & Demand draft.

8. Scrutinizing the invoices and vouchers before payment as per the company’s procedure and processes.

9. Monthly TDS deduction/ Remittance in respect of Salary, Contractors Payment, Brokerage Commission, Rent, Labour Charges etc. and arrangement for issue of TDS Certificate after completion of Financial Year.

10. Finalization of Accounts with Auditor.

Required Skills:

1. Knowledge of MS Office, Tally and ERP.

2. Good in English, Kannada.
