Manager – Accounts

Location: IMT Manesar, Gurgaon

Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reconciliation, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities in Tally Prime.

- Manage GST accounting, GST returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.

- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation and return filing.

- Prepare and maintain bank reconciliation statements (BRS) and party ledger reconciliation.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor/customer outstanding reconciliation.

- Handle inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.

- Verify purchase, sales, receipt, payment, journal and other accounting vouchers.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, schedules and management reports.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

- Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit, tax audit and financial audit requirements.

- Ensure proper accounting of GST, TDS, expenses, provisions and other statutory liabilities.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and coordinate with concerned departments.

- Assist management with financial analysis, reporting and accounting-related decision making.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, banks and external consultants as required.

- Tally Prime – Mandatory

- Advanced/Intermediate MS Excel

- GST & GST Reconciliation

- TDS & TDS Returns

- Bookkeeping & Finalization of Accounts

- Bank Reconciliation

- Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Inventory Accounting

- MIS Reporting

- Good knowledge of accounting principles

- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

Qualification & Experience

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Experience in a manufacturing/automobile industry will be an advantage.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, GST, TDS, Excel, inventory accounting, bookkeeping, BRS and reconciliation, with the ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
