अकाउंट्स मैनेजर

We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team at Shifa Traders. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹ 16,000 - ₹ 22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily cold calling to contractors, dealers, and customers

• Generate new leads through calls & WhatsApp promotions
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders using sales closing tactics
• Explain basic product usage & pricing clearly to customers
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and GST bills with high accuracy
• Ensure fast billing without errors under pressure
• Maintain basic customer receivables & follow-up for payments
• Maintain discipline in lead tracking and follow-ups
• Maintain Accounts Payable & Recievable Ledgers & Reconciliation with Vendors
• Proper Software Documentation of all bills
• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
