We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our team at Shashwat Herbal. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Salary is no bar for deserving and experienced candidates. Applicants should have strong practical experience in Billing, Purchasing, Dispatch, Book Keeping, and Collection. They must possess excellent working knowledge of Tally, along with good typing speed and accuracy. Hands-on experience with Marg ERP and other leading Billing/Accounting Software is highly preferred. Only candidates with relevant practical experience and the ability to independently handle day-to-day accounts operations are requested to apply. An attractive salary package will be offered to candidates with exceptional skills and proven experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.
Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.
Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
