Key Responsibilities:

Banking & Treasury Management

• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and share daily bank balance and treasury reports with management.

• Coordinate with banks for account opening, signatory changes, banking documentation, and issue resolution.

• Complete documentation related to investments and treasury transactions.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient fund management.

Accounts Payable

• Ensure timely and accurate booking and payment of vendor invoices, employee advances, and statutory dues.

• Coordinate with internal departments for monthly closure of outstanding advances.

• Review vendor history and recommend vendor approvals.

• Process online payments and prepare cheques.

• Reconcile vendor ledgers on a monthly basis.

• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and approval processes.

• Manage GST and TDS compliance, including payments, return filings, and reconciliations.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Record accounting transactions accurately on a real-time basis.

• Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

• Perform periodic reconciliations of ledgers and balance sheet accounts.

• Process invoices and maintain accurate project costing records.

• Prepare schedules and statements for audits, MIS, and management reporting.

• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Financial Reporting & MIS

• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Generate periodic MIS reports and provide financial analysis to support management decisions.

• Monitor project costs and profitability.

• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation and schedules.

• Recommend process improvements to enhance financial controls and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.

• CA Inter, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 7–12+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate industry.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting.

• Expertise in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in Banking, Treasury Management, and Accounts Payable.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Software Skills:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
