Role Overview
The Finance and Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing the organization’s financial and accounting operations, including financial reporting, accounts management, receivables and payables, taxation, and financial planning. This role ensures financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient financial operations across all business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management and Reporting
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss statements, Reconciliation, and Cash Flow reports
Monitor financial performance across all business verticals
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support management with financial analysis and insights
Accounts Management (Core Responsibility)
Accounts Receivable
Generate invoices and track receivables from clients and partners
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up
Maintain receivable aging reports
Accounts Payable
Manage vendor payments and expense tracking
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing
Maintain payable records and reconciliation
General Accounting
Maintain general ledger and journal entries
Perform bank reconciliations regularly
Maintain accurate accounting records
Compliance and Taxation
Ensure compliance and coordinate with auditors and tax authorities
Maintain proper financial documentation
Financial Planning and Budgeting
Support budgeting and financial forecasting
Monitor budget vs actual financial performance
Identify cost control and financial optimization opportunities
Accounting Operations
Bank reconciliation completion: Monthly without delay
Accounting entry accuracy: 100%
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
CA Inter / MBA Finance / M. Com preferred
4–8 years’ experience in Finance and Accounts role
Experience in service-based or multi-vertical organization preferred
Skills Required
Financial reporting and accounting
Accounts receivable and payable management
Financial analysis and reconciliation
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.)
Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
