Job Title: Accountant (Accounts Executive)

📊 Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting software.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (Sales, Purchase, Expenses, Receipts, Payments)

• Manage GST billing, filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), and reconciliation

• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns

• Bank reconciliation and cash flow management

• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, MIS)

• Vendor & customer ledger reconciliation

• Manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

• Coordinate with CA for audits and filings

• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping

🎯 Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

• Hands-on experience in Tally / Busy / Zoho Books

• Good understanding of Excel (basic formulas, reports)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

📚 Preferred Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

• Experience in IT / CCTV / Project-based company preferred

   • Ensure timely entry of all transactions

2. Statutory Compliance

   • Timely GST, TDS filings and compliance

   • Zero penalties due to delays or errors

3. Cash Flow & Expense Control

   • Monitor inflow/outflow of funds

   • Optimize expense tracking and reporting

4. Reporting & MIS

   • Prepare monthly financial reports for management

   • Provide insights for business decision-making

5. Vendor & Client Account Management

   • Ensure proper reconciliation of ledgers

   • Follow up on receivables and payable cycles
