Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise, analytical skills, and the ability to lead accounting processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.

• Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and financial records.

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors.

• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient accounting procedures.

• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA is a plus.

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar senior role.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in tax filing and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in corporate finance or multi-entity accounting.

• Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
