Accounts Manager

We are looking for an ACCOUNTS MANAGER to join our team at MM SPARES GLOBAL PVT LTD. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers In Hand Salary OF 25000-35000 PM and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Increase in Return on Investment of idle funds

• Operate & manage working capital

• Reduction in average revenue days for receivables

• Planned Vs. Actual EBITDA

• Timely vendor/ supplier/ salary payments

• Timely completion of Statutory Audits, reverts and closures of audit observations

• Resolution of F&A related issues/grievances

• Data mining/analysis

• GST payments/refunds

• Timely payment of Staff dues / reimbursements, separation payments.

• Review and benchmarking of rules and regulations

• Timely completion of PMS related activities

• Internal Processes (compliance to policy, systemic improvements, reporting & documentation, etc.)

• Compliance of all legal & statutory requirements

• Liaise with CA for timely filing of all Tax returns

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduation and Experience Range of 4 years +. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
