Should have working knowledge on Tally Prime 6.1 V/ Basic and Advanced Excel reporting  / Dash Board Preparation
Should know about Accounts Reconciliation
Interact with internal office Departments and clarify doubts related to billing quires if any
Should be responsible for End-to-End Billing Cycle / Stock Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Bank statement updating  Kolleenal Group of companies

• Outstanding report preparation Kolleenal Group of companies

• AJCK billing purchase and sales

• Kolleenal billing purchase and sales

• Daily report preparation -Kolleenal Group of companies

• E-WAY  bill

• Credit Note and Debit Note updation

• Salary preparation of Kolleenal Group of companies

• Incentive preparation

• Timely payment to Vendor and Sharing Payment advice

• GST Verification of Kolleenal Group of companies

• GST Filing of For One

• Monthly DIY MIS to Bangalore and other regional offices

• Petty cash

• Verifying Travelling Expense - Kolleenal Group of companies sales executives

• Stock Audit of Kolleenal Group of companies on Monthly Basis

• Stock Audit of Kolleenal Group of companies Quarterly on Monthly Basis (daily basis)

• Half Yearly PT payment of Organization & Employees

• Building Tax, Land Tax & Trading Licence

• Assist during Annual Audit

• TDS working monthly and quarterly -Kolleenal Group of companies

• Reconciliation of vendor ledger -Kolleenal Group of companies

• Preparation of Kolleenal Group of companies financial statement

• Aging stock workings

• Clients doubt clearing -Kolleenal Group of companies

• Eternity yearly report on Kolleenal Group of companies

• Kolleenal Group of companies yearly and 10% discount workings

• Prepration of proforma invoices for Kolleenal Group of companies

• GST reconciliation of Kolleenal Group of companies

• Preparation of meeting minutes Kolleenal Group of companies

• Monthly ledger statement send to allotted parties for Kolleenal Group of companies

Additional responsibilities for previous years for below:

.Scheme calculation

.Incentive calculation

Salary won’t be a constrain for the eligible candidate
Additional Information
Age between 25 yrs-40 yrs.
Fluent in Kannada, Speak and understand English and Knowledge of other languages is added advantage
Experienced candidates are eligible from 5 year up to 15 years.
Candidates Should be carrying Valid Photo Proof: Aadhar or Passport
