Job description :

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager and detail-oriented Taxation Supervisor to manage day-to-day accounting operations, supervise the Accounts team, and ensure timely completion of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance requirements. The role involves reviewing accounting records, reconciliations, MIS reporting, audit support, team management, and coordination with clients, auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Key responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

• Review accounting entries, invoices, vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.

• Review and approve GST/TDS returns, tax payments, and reconciliations.

• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

• Perform bank, GST, purchase, sales, receivable, and payable reconciliations.

• Prepare monthly MIS, financial, and management reports.

• Assist with financial statements, statutory audits, and tax audits.

• Supervise, train, and guide junior Accounts staff.

• Coordinate with clients, auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.

• Track compliance deadlines and maintain proper documentation.

• Identify accounting errors and compliance risks and take corrective action.

• Ensure timely monthly and annual account closure.

Required Skill :

• 2-8 years of experience in accounting, finance, taxation, and team management

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

• Experience in reconciliation, MIS reporting, and statutory compliance.

• Ability to lead and supervise an Accounts team.

• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and statutory deadlines.
