Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice verification, processing, and payment coordination.

· Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), GRNs, and supporting documents.

· Perform regular vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.

· Manage GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and HSN/SAC classification.

· Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment, quarterly return filing, and TDS certificates.

· Maintain accurate books of accounts and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.

· Assist in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.

· Manage Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, collections, and customer reconciliation.

· Monitor inventory records, stock movement, valuation, and reporting.

· Prepare MIS and management reports such as P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and outstanding reports.

· Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding billing, payment, reconciliation, and compliance-related queries.

· Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory deadlines.

· Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

· Support the finance team in audits, assessments, and other accounting requirements.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Vendor Reconciliation.

· Hands-on experience in GST return filing and reconciliation.

· Good understanding of TDS compliance and return filing.

· Experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

· Knowledge of invoice processing, PO matching, and payment processing.

· Understanding of finalization of accounts and audit coordination.

· Good analytical and reconciliation skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good communication and vendor coordination skills.

Education

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification in Finance or Accounting.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from B2B, procurement, trading, e-commerce, or service-based organizations with hands-on Accounts Payable and statutory compliance experience will be preferred.
