Job Title: Accounts Executive – Manufacturing, Costing & E-Commerce

Location: Sector 8, Noida

Department: Accounts & Finance

Reporting To: Accounts Manager / Finance Head

Role Overview

Looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in sportswear garment manufacturing. The candidate must handle manufacturing accounts, costing, BOM, fabric consumption, Ecommerce accounting, GST/TDS, payroll & MIS.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing & Costing

 Maintain accounts for garment manufacturing operations

 Prepare BOM (fabric, trims, packaging, wastage norms)

 Fabric conversions: KG → MTR → Per garment

 Style-wise costing & per-garment cost calculation

 Track raw material, WIP & finished goods

 Reconcile production, inventory & financial data Inventory & Production Accounts

 Monitor fabric/accessories in-out movement

 Consumption variance & wastage control

 Stock reconciliation & audit support E-Commerce Accounting

 Handle Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho accounting

 Sales, returns, cancellations & settlement reconciliation

 Commission, shipping, penalty & claim accounting

 GST for marketplace transactions GST / TDS / Compliance

 GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC & 2B reconciliation

 TDS calculation & return filing

 Maintain statutory documentation Payroll

 Monthly payroll processing (Salaries, incentives, PF/ESIC)

 Employee cost analysis & payroll records MIS & Reporting

 Monthly costing & profitability reports

 Production vs Sales analysis

 Excel-based MIS (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)

 Budgeting support & audit assistance Skills Required Technical:

 Manufacturing accounts (Garments)

 BOM & costing

 Fabric unit conversion

 E-commerce accounting

 GST / TDS / Payroll

 Excel Advanced (Pivot, Lookup, MIS)

 Tally/ERP preferred
