Manage daily accounting operations.
Prepare and review financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports.
Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
Responsible for GST filing, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and annual returns.
Reconcile GST data with books of accounts.
Manage GST audits, departmental queries, and notices.
Ensure compliance with all statutory tax requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Prepare documentation and schedules required for statutory audits.
Ensure timely completion of audits and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee vendor invoice verification, payments, and reconciliation.
Manage customer receivables and ensure timely collection.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Analyze financial data to support management decisions.
Supervise junior accountants (if applicable).
Ensure accuracy and efficiency within the accounts team.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CA/Inter CA preferred).
Strong experience in GST filing, audits, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally / SAP / ERP tools.
Strong understanding of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
