We are looking for a highly disciplined, ownership-driven Accountant who can independently manage the complete accounting function while providing accurate daily financial reports to management.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Accounting
Manage complete books of accounts from voucher entry to finalization.
Record all Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt and Contra entries.
Ensure daily accounting entries are completed without backlog.
Maintain General Ledger and Chart of Accounts.
Reconcile bank accounts, cash books and all ledgers.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manage supplier payments and customer collections.
Follow up for outstanding receivables.
Prepare ageing reports.
Reconcile vendor and customer balances.
GST & Taxation
Prepare and file GST Returns.
Perform GST reconciliation.
Handle TDS deductions, payments and return filing.
Coordinate statutory compliance with auditors and consultants.
Payroll & Employee Finance
Process payroll accurately.
Verify salary, reimbursements and employee advances.
Maintain employee financial records.
Coordinate with HR for salary processing.
Project Accounting
Track project-wise income and expenses.
Monitor project budgets and cost centres.
Prepare project profitability reports.
Track advances, settlements and vendor payments.
ERPNext Management
Maintain complete accounting records in ERPNext.
Ensure accuracy of all financial transactions.
Monitor workflows and approvals.
Generate MIS reports from ERPNext.
Banking & Cash Management
Prepare payment schedules.
Process NEFT/RTGS/IMPS transactions.
Maintain cash flow records.
Reconcile bank statements daily.
Compliance
Maintain statutory records.
Support internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, PF, ESIC and Labour regulations.
Maintain documentation for inspections and audits.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
Expert in Tally and ERPNext (Preferred).
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Desired Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)
4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
Experience in EPC, Construction, Manufacturing or Engineering industry is highly preferred.

Bank reconciliation completed daily.
