Job Description – Accounts Head
Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 7–12 Years Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
- Oversee GST returns, TDS compliance, and other applicable statutory filings.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing.
- Ensure bank reconciliation, party ledger reconciliation, and vendor/customer balances.
- Monitor cash flow, fund management, and payment schedules.
- Oversee monthly closing, balance sheet schedules, and profit and loss reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor expenses, cost control, and budget variances.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries, documentation, and internal financial controls.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
Required Skills: Accounting, GST, TDS, taxation, financial reporting, Excel, Tally/ERP, and team management.
