An Export Documentation Executive prepares, manages, and ensures compliance for all export paperwork (Invoices, PL, B/L, CoO, LC docs) for smooth international shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs, banks, and clients, while tracking shipments and maintaining records, requiring strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, regulations, and details for air/sea freight. Key Responsibilities
Document Preparation: Create and verify essential export documents like Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (CoO), and Letter of Credit (LC) documents.
Compliance: Ensure all shipments adhere to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers (CHA), banks, and internal teams (sales, production) for seamless operations.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery and provide updates to clients.
Record Management: Maintain accurate, organized records of all export transactions and documentation.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve discrepancies or problems with documentation and customs clearance.
Reporting: Prepare daily reports on shipments and delivery schedules.
