Roles & Responsibilities: Coordinating and organizing tasks as instructed by the Managing Director/ Director ➢ Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) as instructed by the Managing Director ➢ Obtain and maintain fortnightly Raw material rates (training will be given) and provide the latest rate information to the Managing Director for review and decision-making. ➢ Prepare Order Files for all purchase and sales orders as instructed by the Managing Director. ➢ Keep Order Files updated and maintain proper records for future reference As per SOP. ➢ Prepare minutes of meetings. ➢ Perform any and all work assigned by MD
