Accounts & Export Documentation Executive

We are looking for an Accounts & Export Documentation Executive to join our team. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, handling export documentation, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations. This position offers competitive salary packages and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, vouchers, and expenses

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and basic budget forecasts

• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure proper matching of bank statements

• Assist in timely tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.)

• Audit and verify financial records to ensure compliance with company policies

• Analyze financial data to assess liquidity and financial health

• Maintain basic export documentation (invoices, packing list, shipping documents, etc.)

• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma (Commerce / Accounting / Finance preferred)

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is an added advantage

• Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Basic to advanced computer knowledge (MS Excel, accounting software, email)

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Experience & Salary Criteria

Freshers / Up to 1 Year Experience

• Salary: ₹6,500 – ₹14,500 per month

• Open to freshers from any background

• Must have:

  • Basic computer knowledge

  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts

  • Willingness to learn accounting and documentation work

2 Years & Above Experience (Skilled Candidates)

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Candidates must be:

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in accounting processes

  • Comfortable with bank reconciliation, GST basics, and financial records

  • Able to handle work independently with minimal supervision
