Handle and review day-to-day accounting activities.
Review purchase, sales, expense, journal and other accounting entries.
Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in monthly and annual closing of accounts.
Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
Prepare and review GST workings, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
Handle TDS calculations, reconciliations and compliance.
Assist in Income Tax compliance and tax-related workings.
Coordinate with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and Tax Consultants.
Prepare audit schedules and provide required information/documents.
Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial analysis and variance reports.
Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding balances.
Support budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in finance and accounting
