Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive / Assistant to join our finance team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage daily bookkeeping using Tally, maintain financial records, and support routine accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Tally Data Entry: Record daily business transactions, vouchers, and journal entries in Tally.

· Invoicing & Billing: Generate client invoices, track accounts receivable, and follow up on payments.

· Expense Management: Process vendor bills, manage petty cash, and track company expenses.

· Bank Reconciliation: Match bank statements with Tally records weekly and monthly.

· Compliance Support: Assist in gathering data for monthly GST and TDS filings.

· Documentation: Maintain physical and digital filing systems for all financial documents.

Qualifications and Skills

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.

· Software: Hands-on experience or strong training in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime and Microsoft Excel.

· Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with Tally skills are welcome to apply).

· Skills: Clear understanding of debit/credit rules, good speed, and high accuracy in data entry.

· Language: Good communication skills in English and Kannada (preferred).

Job Details

· Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (In-office)

· Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

· Job Type: Full-time .
