We are looking for Accounts Executive (Invoice & Billing) to join our team at Vihaan Technologies. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and handle banking activities.

Job Description:

Generating GST-compliant invoices and purchase orders.
Maintaining records of daily sales and expenses.
Following up with clients for outstanding payments.
Assisting in basic accounting tasks and tax documentation.
Managing bank transactions and petty cash.
Ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Handle bank related activities and preparing accurate reports.
Maintaining accurate records of transactions and book keeping.

Requirements:
- B.Com or background in Finance/Accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime or any billing software.
- Understanding of GST and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
