We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software and a good understanding of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounting records (Purchase, Sales, Expenses, etc.)
Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
Prepare and process invoices, bills, and vouchers
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Manage GST returns, TDS, and statutory compliances
Assist in finalization of accounts and audit processes
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions
Support in RA Bills, Tax Invoices, and PO-related accounting (preferred for infra/railway projects)

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime / ERP software
Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation
Good command of MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
1–3 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Preferred Experience:

Experience in contracting / infrastructure / railway projects accounting
Knowledge of billing processes, RA bills, and vendor payments

As per experience and industry standards
