Accounts Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-orientated and organised Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the finance team in preparing reports and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions using Tally Prime/ERP.
Maintain accurate purchase and sales records.
Prepare, verify, and process tax invoices.
Manage Accounts Payable (Vendor Payments) and Accounts Receivable (Customer Collections).
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash and bank records.
Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash transactions.
Maintain vendor and customer ledgers with accurate and updated records.
Assist in GST and TDS compliance, including documentation and statutory filings.
Prepare MIS reports and other accounting reports for management.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of invoices, vouchers, and financial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, vendors, and customers for accounting-related activities.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable financial regulations.
