Position: Accounts Executive

Location: Mahalaxmi - Byculla

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records
Follow up on payments from customers
Process and make payments to vendor invoices
Perform bank reconciliation regularly
Keep all accounting records updated in Tally
Handle GST and TDS related accounting entries and basic compliance
Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Requirements:

Good experience working with Tally
Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Good communication skills for payment follow-ups
Attention to detail and ability to manage daily accounting tasks
