Job Description – Accounts Executive
Job Role : Accounts Executive
_•Experience•: 1.5 – 2 Years
•Salary:• ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month
•Working Hours:• 06:30 PM – 04:30 AM (Night Shift)
_ Working Days: 5 Days a Week
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of accounting processes, taxation, and accounting software, along with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Prepare and maintain records related to GST and TDS.
• Perform accounting entries and reconciliation using Tally.
• Assist with preparation and verification of invoices, bills, and financial documents.
Required Skills
Strong working knowledge of TDS, GST, Tally, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
Practical understanding of day-to-day accounting procedures.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.
Experience in a CA Firm will be an added advantage.
Knowledge or experience of US Accounting will be an added advantage.
