Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Issuing bills, receipts, invoices. & expense booking

• Working on Tally, Tax filing, return filing, P&L & book keeping.

• Preparing financial statements like income statement, budget & Analysis

• Clearing compliances payments, manage journal entries & maintain financial records.

• Perform bank reconciliations & oversee cash management.

• Handle purchase/ sales entries ensuring data accuracy & preparing regular reports.

• GST working, uploading on portal & doing all GST related activities.

• Vendor payment, petty cash handling, processing advances & accounting it all.

• Maintain financial records including accounts payable/ receivable, invoices, bank statements.

• Issuing payments to vendors & update our accounting software with the latest transactions.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Enter and balance accounts receivable and payable on a daily basis

• Track tax payments and compile information for tax filing

• Provide support during audits and financial inspections.

• Fulfilling other assigned routine & situational responsibilities for the Company.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Graduation in Commerce/Finance with adequate practical skills in Tally & Accounting routines.

• Capability to use computer & regular office software including Microsoft Office & Internet.

• 1-3 years of practical experience in Accounts Dept.

Terms & Conditions:

• Working time from 10:00 am to 06:30 pm.

• Weekly off day is Sunday. Saturday full working.

• Paid leaves will be applicable only after first three months.

• Salary range: Rs. 17000/- to Rs. 20000/- fixed for the initial period of 6 to 12 months

depending upon the experience, track-record & performance. Can be considered more for

candidates with more experience & expertise.

• The area of work: Office work/May be required to coordinate with the C.A./Financial

Consultants few times in their offices.

• Two local references (except consultancies) with their detailed contact information are

mandatory. They will be definitely validated; it should be noted.
