Job Title: Accounts Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. A key responsibility of this position is validating employee claims to ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate and verify employee claims, reimbursements, and expense reports as per company policy.
Maintain accurate records of all claims and escalate discrepancies when required.
Handle daily accounting operations including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company financial procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
6 months – 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
Experience in validating employee claims or expense processing is an added advantage.
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
