Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The role involves handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accuracy in all accounting processes. A key responsibility of this position is validating employee claims to ensure compliance with company policies and financial guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and verify employee claims, reimbursements, and expense reports as per company policy.

• Maintain accurate records of all claims and escalate discrepancies when required.

• Handle daily accounting operations including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and invoice processing.

• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company financial procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.

• Experience in validating employee claims or expense processing is an added advantage.

• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
