We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and GST-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records in Tally.
Perform data entry for Sales, Purchases, Payments, Receipts, and Journal Entries.
Conduct Bank Reconciliations and reconcile Sundry Debtors & Creditors.
Maintain proper documentation and bookkeeping records.
Assist in GST-related accounting and record maintenance.
Prepare and verify accounting reports as required.
Ensure accuracy of financial data and records.
Handle basic correspondence through email and maintain relevant documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Working experience in Tally ERP/Tally Prime is mandatory.
Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation, Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation.
Understanding of GST and bookkeeping processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
Good attention to detail and accuracy in accounting work.
Ability to maintain records and documentation systematically.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Experience in logistics, transport, or service industry will be an added advantage.
