Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and vouchers

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and follow-ups

• Prepare bank reconciliations, cash and ledger reconciliations

• Assist in GST, TDS, PF, ESI calculations, filings, and compliance

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing

• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors as required

• Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory norms

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

• 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience

• Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skill set)
