Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime / ERP system.
• Sales invoice preparation, E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill generation.
• Ensuring proper GST impact while booking accounting entries.
• Strong knowledge of Invoicing and GST compliance.
• Reconciliation of Bank, Vendors, Customers, and GST returns.
• Preparation and filing coordination for statutory dues (GST, TDS, PT, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Vendor and employee payment processing within timelines.
• Assisting in accounts reconciliation and resolving discrepancies.
• Coordination with auditors and internal departments.
• Basic understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet & P&L).

Key Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of GST compliance and invoicing procedures.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill processes.
• Understanding of GST concepts such as: - B2B vs B2C transactions - Composition Scheme - SEZ supplies - Zero Rated vs Exempt Supply - Consequences of delayed return filing
• Accounts reconciliation expertise.
• Accuracy, time management, and flexibility in work.
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred). • Problem-solving ability and professional work approach. Evaluation Areas

• Technical expertise in Tally / ERP systems.
• GST reconciliation and compliance knowledge.
• Practical exposure to statutory compliance.
