Job Description – Accounts Executive Assistant
Position: Accounts Executive Assistant
Gender: Female
Experience: 2–4 Years
Department: Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and office accounts activities.
Work on BUSY and Tally accounting software.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills and other billing documents.
Prepare delivery challans and bilty.
Make sales, purchase, receipt and payment entries in BUSY/Tally.
Maintain customer and vendor accounts.
Maintain proper records of invoices, bills, vouchers and other accounts documents.
Prepare basic accounts-related reports and statements.
Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding billing and payment-related matters.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Assist senior accounts staff in routine accounting work.
Required Skills
Good working knowledge of BUSY and Tally.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of billing, invoice, bilty and delivery challan preparation.
Basic understanding of accounting procedures.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
