We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at Sangvi Agro Pulses. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Basic accounting knowledge with practical experience in Tally.
• Good knowledge of Vendor Reconciliation and Ledger Reconciliation.
• Ability to identify ledger mismatches and follow up for resolution.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce transaction reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good English communication skills for professional email drafting and follow-up.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting-related matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain proper records.
• Check vendor/customer ledgers and perform regular reconciliations.
• Identify differences in reconciliation and coordinate for timely closure.
• Assist with invoices, payments, receipts and bank reconciliation.
• Support GST and TDS related accounting activities.
• Manage accounting-related email and follow up with vendors/internal teams
