Tax Reconciliation: Ensuring that the GST portal data matches your books (e.g., GSTR-2B vs. Purchase Register) to maximize Input Tax Credit (ITC).

2. Transactional Accuracy (Entry Management)

Data Entry Precision: The error rate in recording Purchase, Debit, and Credit notes. (Target should be <1% error).
Voucher Processing Time: The average time taken to enter a bill or invoice into the system from the moment it is received.
Documentation Compliance: Ensuring every entry (Purchase/Debit/Credit) has the correct supporting documents (PO, Invoice, LR) attached.

3. Reconciliation (Reco Entry)

Bank/Vendor Reconciliation Frequency: Ensuring all reco entries are completed weekly or monthly.
Unreconciled Item Aging: Measuring how long a "mismatch" item stays in the system before it is resolved (Target: resolved within 30 days).
Ledger Cleanup: Percentage of vendor/customer ledgers that are confirmed and signed off by the counterparty every quarter.
