Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices and bills.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Assist in bank, customer, and vendor reconciliation.
- Assist with GST and TDS-related work.
- Maintain proper accounting documents and records.
- Prepare outstanding and basic MIS reports.
- Support audit and statutory compliance activities.
Requirements
- 12th/ B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST, and TDS.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
- Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/ GoGST/ retailbiz etc.
