We at RSBP Brands Retail are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at our Maheshtala, Behala Branch. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and entries.

• Prepare invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.

• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Assist with monthly and annual financial reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payments and expenses.

• Support the senior management/team with accounting-related tasks.

• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• Weekly off
