Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of general accounting principles and inventory management. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate tracking of inventory transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain books of accounts (Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments).

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

• Prepare journal entries and monthly closing reports.

• Maintain GST/TDS records and assist in tax filings.

• Monitor and manage inventory records.

• Record stock entries, purchase orders, and goods receipts.

• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system records.

• Coordinate with warehouse and purchase departments for inventory control.

• Prepare MIS reports related to accounts and inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, Busy, SAP, or similar ERP).

• Good understanding of stock management and reconciliation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
