Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and expense reports
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (if applicable)
Track and monitor company expenses and budgets
Ensure timely tax filings (GST, TDS, VAT, etc. depending on region)
Support audits by providing necessary documentation
Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance role
Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel)
Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
