Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting, a solid understanding of Tally and accounting software, and the ability to manage accounts across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally and Company's software.

• Handle accounts for multiple projects simultaneously.

• Prepare and manage GST returns, TDS returns, and payment filings.

• Ensure timely vendor payments, invoice processing, and bank reconciliations.

• Support internal and statutory audits by preparing required data and documents.

• Assist the auditor during audits and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing for all accounting transactions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP and familiarity with custom company software.

• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

• Good communication skills and a team player mindset.
