We are hiring an Accounts Executive with strong working experience on Tally to manage day-to-day accounting activities, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of handling end-to-end accounts independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts using Tally (entries, ledgers, reconciliation)

• Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns and filings

• Ensure compliance with statutory and legal regulations

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements

• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations

• Monitor expenses and cash flow

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and consultants

• Support management with financial analysis and reporting

• Assist in tax planning and cost optimization

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Tally (mandatory)

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax

• Proficiency in MS Excel

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• High attention to detail

• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in end-to-end accounting

• Ability to work independently

• Exposure to audits and compliance

• Immediate or short notice period preferred
