Job Title: Accounting Executive / Accounting Intern

About the Role

The Qwerty Ink is seeking a motivated Accounting Executive / Accounting Intern with hands-on knowledge of Tally . This role will support day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, invoice management, and basic taxation activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain practical accounting experience and grow within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries in Tally

• Generate and manage invoices and billing

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books

• Assist in GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B)

• Support tax compliance and documentation

• Organize, verify, and maintain invoices, bills, and ledgers

• Assist in monthly MIS, summaries, and basic financial reporting

• Coordinate with auditors for documentation and queries

• Perform other finance-related tasks as required

Requirements

• 6 months – 2 years of accounting or finance experience

• Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

• Knowledge of invoice billing, GST, and taxation

• Gujarati-speaking candidates preferred

• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets skills

• Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
