About the Role:
Job Title:: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE,

Function / Department : ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, QUALIFICATION: M.COM, CTC: 5 lacs p.a., pref. from real estate/ manufacturing

PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT

Key Responsibility Area (KRA's)

Update the RERA A/c balances and RERA withdrawal details in the google Sheets

Process the approved payments and funds transfers.
Take followup for filing of PR
Update the PR tracking sheet on daily basis

Prepare RTGS / NEFT as per instruction
Make a list of documents for signature and then take signatures

Private borrowing interest booking.
Project loan and other loan interest booking.

Prepared customer refund cheques as per approved cancellation and refund working

Pass the MF purchase / Sell entries

Online Stamp duty & Royalty payments - Land & Vendor barter
