Profile- Accounts Executive
Salary 20000 se 25000/ month
Location- Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad,
Notice- Immediate Joiner Preffered.

• Complete Accounting: Company ke complete Books of Accounts, General Ledger, Journal, Cash Book, Bank Book, Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet aur MIS Reporting ko independently handle karna.

• GST Compliance: Complete GST Compliance, including •GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B Reconciliation, ITC Reconciliation, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill, GST Payment, GST Returns, GST Notices aur GST Audit• ko independently manage karna.

• •TDS & Statutory Compliance:• TDS Calculation, Deduction, Payment, Quarterly Returns, Form 26Q, Form 24Q, Form 16/16A aur TDS Reconciliation ke saath applicable statutory compliances handle karna.

• •Banking & Fund Management:• Bank Reconciliation, RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, Bulk NEFT, Bulk Payments, Cheque Management, Vendor Payments, Customer Receipts aur Cash Flow Management independently handle karna.

• •Manufacturing Accounting:• Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods, Inventory Valuation, Stock Reconciliation, Material Consumption, Production Accounting, Job Work, Scrap, Purchase aur Sales Accounting effectively manage karna.

• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Complete AP/AR Management, Vendor & Customer Reconciliation, Ageing Analysis, Outstanding Follow-up, Debit/Credit Notes, Purchase/Sales Invoices aur Payment Cycle control karna.

• •Costing & MIS:• Product Costing, Manufacturing Cost, Labour Cost, Overhead Allocation, Cost Sheet, Budgeting, Variance Analysis, Monthly MIS, Management Reporting, Working Capital aur Profitability Analysis prepare karna.

• •Audit & Financial Control:• Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit, Ledger Scrutiny, Financial Controls, Compliance Checks, Audit Schedules aur Statutory Records independently manage karna.

• •Payroll & Labour Compliance:• Payroll, Salary Processing, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Bonus, Gratuity, Leave & Attendance-related Payroll Inputs aur Statutory Deductions manage aur coordinate karna.

• Complete Finance & Accounts Ownership: Candidate ko Manufacturing Company ke complete Finance & Accounts Department ko independently handle karne mein capable hona chahiye, including Management, CA/Consultants, Banks, Vendors, Customers, Auditors, GST & Income Tax Authorities ke saath coordination, along with Financial Closing, Compliance, MIS Reporting aur Cash Flow Control ki complete responsibility.
