Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accounts Executive to handle
day-to-day accounting operations including invoice preparation, accounting entries, and
basic bookkeeping activities. The candidate should have working knowledge of Tally and
basic Excel skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Raising Sales Invoices
Raising Purchase Invoices
Preparing Delivery Challans
Passing Journal Entries in Tally
Maintaining proper accounting records
Assisting in day-to-day accounting activities
Basic reconciliation and documentation support
Ensuring accuracy in billing and accounting entries
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of Tally ( Tally Prime)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of basic accounting principles
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good record-keeping skills
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts
Basic GST knowledge preferred
