Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage financial records, handle accounting entries, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently
Manage invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of expenses, revenues, and financial data
Work on Tally ERP for data entry, ledger maintenance, and report generation
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in statements
Maintain proper bookkeeping records as per accounting standards
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports
Monitor and update pricing/rates and financial data where required
Coordinate with internal teams and auditors when needed
