VayuJal Technologies is seeking a dedicated Factory Accountant to manage the financial health and operational data of our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between factory floor activities and corporate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Accounting Oversight: Oversee all daily accounting operations within the factory, ensuring every transaction is recorded with precision.

• Cost Management & Analysis: Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and implementing cost-control measures to optimize production.

• Inventory & Stock Control: Maintain and analyze detailed inventory records, ensuring accurate valuation and conducting regular physical stock-taking to prevent discrepancies.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide leadership with actionable insights.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor factory budgets and financial forecasts to ensure the facility remains aligned with company-wide financial goals.

• Billing & GST Compliance: Generate Proforma and Tax invoices while assisting in the preparation of GST returns and other regulatory tax filings.

• Petty Cash Management: Maintain the factory’s petty cash book with high accuracy, ensuring all minor operational expenses are documented and reconciled.

• Internal Audit & Controls: Conduct regular internal audits and implement robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure policy compliance.

• Data & Documentation: Maintain a high standard of record-keeping using Tally and MS Excel, ensuring all MIS data is prepared with a high degree of typing speed and accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and GST.

• Proficiency in Tally (Preferred), zoho books, MS Excel, and MS Word.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to supervise factory-level workflows.
