Timings : 10am - 7pm (Female) / 10am - 8pm (Male)

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support billing, payments, and other accounts-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.

• Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and expense entries.

• Prepare and verify invoices and bills.

• Manage GST-related entries and documentation.

• Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.

• Maintain accounts payable and receivable records.

• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding payments and accounts.

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of all accounts-related transactions.

• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally / Accounting Software.

• Knowledge of GST and basic taxation.

• Good MS Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Good numerical and analytical skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Hours

• Female Candidates: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM | Salary: 20,000 25,000

• General Shift: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM | Salary: 20,000 30,000
