Job Title: CRM & Sales Coordination Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer data in the CRM system ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation.
Analyze customer requirements, purchase history, and engagement trends to generate insights and reports.
Plan and execute customer communication campaigns via email, SMS, and other digital channels.
Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and pricing estimates as per company policies.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and internal teams for quotation approvals and documentation.
Communicate with customers to understand requirements and support sales negotiations.
Coordinate with vendors for pricing, order status, and delivery timelines.
Verify stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Provide post-sales support and ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to CRM activities and sales performance.
Support customer retention initiatives and improve overall customer experience.
Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company data protection policies.
